A 1-year-old dog was finally noticed on a busy highway by a Good Samaritan after being overlooked by many people!
The Siberian Husky, Miracle, was placed in the car of the compassionate woman, who then drove her to the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter in California.
That’s when Miracle’s story was posted on Facebook by Andrea Neyses, a volunteer at the shelter, with a caption stating that the dog had been neglected for some time and was also suffering from a severe skin condition.
The story caught the attention of Leave No Paws Behind Rescue, who decided to assist the dog as she was in dire need of help. They were aware that the dog might be euthanized if she did not survive.
Thankfully, the dog was then rescued by Leave No Paws Behind Rescue, who promptly took her to The Pet Doctors of Sherman Oaks to receive the necessary medical and emotional care.
After conducting blood tests, they discovered that she had protein in her urine and was malnourished and anemic. Despite her poor condition, she still wags her tail to everyone she meets. The doctors also expressed confidence that Miracle will recover. We all hope for the best.
