An unexpected guest knocked on the door of an elderly woman in Avon, Connecticut while she was baking brownies, requesting to be allowed inside.
The lady was frightened when a big bear attempted to enter her home through the back door. She called on her neighbor to assist her.
Bob contacted the police when he realized there was little he could do, informing them that a bear was attempting to enter a home and wasn’t deterred by noise, shouting, or banging.
Although the bear was tagged, law enforcement officials confirmed that there was no record of the bear exhibiting harmful behavior.
