Phoebe, the Border Collie, was initially not fond of cats, and was even frightened of them as per her owner Aki. However, Aki from Houston, Texas, states that Phoebe’s behavior has changed, and she now adores the foster kittens that they bring home.

When the kittens are young, she is like a mother to them, assisting them with potty training and letting them hide under her tummy.
