Most of the adult population spends a lot of time sitting. We sit at work, in the car, at home in front of the TV, and this contributes to spinal problems. The back muscles become weak and stiff.
There is pain in the sacral area, in the shoulder area, but also in the hips. There is, however, an exercise that can deal with the whole range of health problems of this kind. You will soon feel better and the pain will subside if you do it every day, preferably before going to bed.
This exercise is also recommended for athletes and anyone who spends long hours on their feet. If this position is uncomfortable and you feel tension in the sacral area, try doing this exercise with a mat.
Do this movement every day before bed and you will see the change: It will eliminate back pain, shape your belly and boost your health!
Instructions:
- Get down on your knees and slowly sit on the floor with your feet by your sides, not under your butt.
- From the sitting position, slowly lie down with an exhalation, using the support of your elbows.
- Next, extend your arms to the floor and arch them above your head. Open your shoulder blades.
- When you place the top of your head on the floor, your back will be beautifully stretched.
- Stretch your chest and feel all the stretched muscles.
Breathe regularly. Give your legs time to adjust to this position. This exercise is not only excellent for the back and neck muscles, but also for the thigh muscles, abdominal muscles, and chest.
