Officials in Thailand received a report about an abandoned dog breeding facility, prompting them to immediately launch an investigation. Upon arrival, they discovered thirteen emaciated Great Danes confined in crates! It was evident that the dogs had been deprived of food for an extended period, given their skeletal appearance. Tragically, one mother dog and her two puppies had already perished before help arrived.
The neglect endured by the dogs was apparent, with weeks passing by without any care. The owner bred the dogs for the purpose of selling, but neglected to provide them with food when they failed to find buyers. Fortunately, the dedicated volunteers from Guard Dog Thailand transported all the dogs to a nearby veterinary clinic.
Fortunately, the dogs, all of whom underwent thorough examinations, were provided with nourishment. Grateful to Rama X, the Monarch of Thailand, who graciously volunteered to bear the expenses of the dogs’ food, treatment, and any other requirements, ensuring no expense would be spared.
